If you experience any problems trying to make an online payment, please contact the Financial Services Department for assistance. They can be reached at 540-961-1105 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. You may also contact them to make a payment by phone using Visa or MasterCard.
If you need to send payment by mail, please remit to the Town of Blacksburg, P O Box 90003, Blacksburg, VA 24062. Please be sure to note the Ticket Number on your check or money order.
Please note that system backup is performed nightly between 12:00 am and 2:00 am; therefore, customers will be unable to make online payments during that time frame.
