Welcome to the Blacksburg Business License Renewal and Meals and Lodging online portal. This portal is only for the renewal of existing Blacksburg business licenses and for filing and paying monthly meals and lodging taxes.
If this is your first time using this portal, you will start with "New User" to set up your account. If you already have an account set up, go to "Renew License" to renew a business license or to file and pay meals and lodging taxes.
When renewing your business license or filing and paying meals and lodging tax, you will be asked for a four digit pin number. For business license renewals, your pin number can be found on the renewal form you received in January. For meals and lodging taxes, the pin number was mailed to you in a letter earlier this year.
